"My name is Brick and i want to say Low Country Customs is hands down the best place i have ever purchase a bike. This is my 8th bike iv owned sense 1986, a few i bought from people i know and the rest from the HD dealer in my home town, and i just want to say they took very good care of me. Not to mention when i bought my 2008 Steet Glide i was in Afgahnstan working and still there now as i write this. The sales lady who i delt with from day one Nicholle Beck is the best, and a sweethart to boot, she went above and beoynd to help me in any way she could. "I have got to say that my and my wife's experience has / is the best I have seen by ANY company in several years. This is absolutely not an exageration. My experience with Nicholle, George (the owner) has been more than anyone could ask for. I bought a HD 1200C from them that was on cosignment, after the purchase there was an issue found that was unseen until the bike was sold. The owner George and sales person Nicholle did NOT say," sorry it's yours now" instead they ordered the part and offered to have it repaired w/o any hesitation. My wife needed to have the bike fit to her and instead of trying to sell high priced items (that may not work) George offered several different solutions. We opted to have the seat trimmed and shaved to her. He had her in and out in no time and had the seat complete in 48 hours. I WILL take my Wide gllide and my wife's 1200C to no one else but this company. As a matter of fact they are already lined up for mine and wife's paint jobs and any future repairs / cutomizations. I have already mentioned the service and business to my Firefighter buddies that ride and a couple who are intrested in riding. "I purchased my 2005 Harley Davidson Softail from Low Country Customs. They worked out an outrageously good deal and shipped the bike right to my door in immaculate condition. They made sure everything went right with the sale. I would highly recommend this store to buy a motorcycle!!! George is a very good business person. "I just had to email you and tell you what kind of Dealership you have in Low Country Customs.
My name is Martin Snyder and my father and I have always loved Bourgets. I always wanted one but for one reason or another was never able to get one. Long story short, one divorce and a mid life crises later I find myself at Myrtle Beach Bike week in '05 visiting my dad who lives there. We rode up to the Low Country Customs location who had Bourget bikes for sale.
The guys could not have been more friendly to us. I purchased the bike with an extended warranty and rode off. I finally got my dream bike!!
The following year I had several major issues with my bike. I was treated like part of a family and not at all like a customer. George and the staff at Low Country Customs took great care of me. I have to take my bike from Marietta, GA to Savannah, Ga for service but it is worth it.
The staff at Low Country Customs they have bent over backwards for me. I will NEVER DO business with anyone but Low Country Customs and I will never own any other bike but a Bourget.
There is a huge difference between "wanting" someones business and "earning" someones business and every time I speak to anyone at Low Country Customs they Earn my business. As I said I live North of Atlanta and it is a pain in the ass to haul my bike to Savannah for service but I do so gladly and will continue to do so.
This is not the last Bourget I will ever own and it is certainly not the last time I will do business with Low Country Customs.
